Please read our standard shipping, privacy, and returns policies regarding the selling and delivering of our natural and organic skin care products from our Tennessee location to our clients worldwide.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00, within the Continental US. We cannot offer this service to residents of Hawaii and Alaska, or outside of the United States, because of additional delivery charges by carriers. We ship worldwide. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx. We do our best to ship our retail purchases within 48 hours on standard orders placed Monday through Friday and will send you notification of shipment. Custom orders are on a case by case timeframe.
PRIVACY
We DO NOT keep a record of your credit card number after we have processed your order. Your orders are processed through PayPal, a worldwide secure service.
You should give us a good email address when you order, so that we can send you confirmation, tracking information, and problem-fixes (hopefully rare). We do keep your email address in our records, along with your mailing address, in the way that any merchant would keep records of customers. We do nothing else with this information, however. And we will never, ever, supply your email address to a third-party (except as required by law).
RETURNS
You MUST be satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason just return the unopened item for a full refund or replacement. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping costs, and we must ask you to pay the return shipping. Custom orders are not returnable.
